Cancelling Service

Shutting Off Your Utilities 

To cancel your water service, please do the following steps: 

  1. Fill out a Disconnect Request online or in office at City Hall, 300 W. Main Denison, TX 75020.
  2. A final water reading will then be obtained and the bill will be processed against your deposit.
  3. Any balance or credit will be forwarded to the address you gave us when you request the disconnect.

It is very important to submit a request to be assured that your service is shut off by filling out a Disconnect Request, or visiting our office at:
300 W. Main, Denison, TX 75020.
