Foundation Repair
Required Documents for Submittal:
- HOA Approval Letter (If applicable)
- Site plan, survey, or plot plan
- Engineered foundation plans to include location of piers and/or footings
- All supporting documents, drawings, and reports shall be sealed, signed, and dated by a Texas Licensed Engineer
Contractor Requirements:
- Contractors must register with The City
- You will need to register as a contractor to get access to Mygov. You can register as a contractor here
Inspections:
- A Texas Licensed Engineer sealed design and inspection letter is required for all foundation repair projects
- Building Footings/Piers (if applicable)
- Building Foundation Pre-Pour (if applicable)
- Electrical underground (if applicable)
- Plumbing Rough (if applicable)
- Foundation Final (Required) must submit final engineer inspection letter
