Accumulation of Rubbish
It is the responsibility off all property owners and tenants to ensure that all properties they are in control of be free of trash, junk, debris and any other unwholesome matter. Allowing prohibited materials to be accumulated can be unsanitary and is unsightly in Denison neighborhoods and corridors.
If you have items to be discarded, these items need to remain out of the view of the public until discarded. The City offers monthly collection of brush and bulk on an alternating schedule. Residents with a valid City water bill may also take up to two (2) cubic yards of refuse to the residential collection station each month.
