The Code Compliance Division inspects properties within the city limits to ensure compliance with ordinances in regard to trash, high grass or weeds, junked or abandoned vehicles and Minimum Property Standards of existing structures among other ordinances. The City's goal for Code Compliance is to be proactive in recognizing violations and working with property owners to gain compliance. Code Compliance activities play an important role in keeping our neighborhoods and corridors safe, attractive areas that people are proud to live and work.
