Vendor Opportunities
Be part of the holiday magic by joining us as a vendor at Wonders of Winter! Showcase your products or services to an enthusiastic crowd of over 2,000 attendees.
Vendor Information:
- Application Deadline: December 1, 2025
- Vendor Fee: $50 per 10x10 booth space (following application acceptance)
- Setup: Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, and other setup materials. Booth assignments will be managed by City staff.
Special Guidelines for Food Truck Vendors:
- Additional mobile food permit fees may apply (annual permit holders exempt).
- Event-specific food truck fees based on attendance:
- Small Events (<250 attendees): $25 city fee + $50 Parks fee
- Medium Events (250–500 attendees): $25 city fee + $100 Parks fee
- Large Events (500+ attendees): $25 city fee + $150 Parks fee
