1.All individuals entering the venue must fill out and sign a liability waiver prior to entry.

2.Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian sign a waiver for them.

3.No skating will be allowed without a rink-issued wristband.

4.Skates must be issued/returned at the Skate Shack.

5.Skates must remain inside the skater ready area at all times.

6.No street shoes allowed on ice – only ice skates (socks required).

7.Everyone must exit rink for resurfacing.

8.No sitting or climbing on railings or sidewalls.

9.No use of hockey sticks, pucks, or balls.

10.No ice skating against the flow of traffic.

11.Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of their visit. No child or adult shall be carried by another participant while on the ice.

12.No food, beverage, or breakable objects (including phones/cameras) allowed on ice rink.

13.Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed in the venue.

14.No profanity or obscene clothing allowed.

15.Participants must follow directions from ice rink staff at all times.

16.Report all accidents and incidents to the rink staff immediately.

17.No reckless skating or speed skating.

18.No alcohol, tobacco products, or vaping allowed inside venue. 

19.Neither the city nor rink staff is responsible for broken, lost, or stolen items in the venue or surrounding area.

20.The City of Denison and Ice Rink Events reserve the right to stop skating for any reason.
