THE BIG EVENT 2026 🏡 Volunteer Applications are NOW OPEN!
VOLUNTEER APPLICATIONS DEADLINE IS MARCH, 6TH!
The City of Denison is excited to host our third annual Big Event on Saturday, March 28th, 2026.
The Big Event is a community-wide day of service that originated at Texas A&M University.
Residents and non-profit organizations in the City of Denison who might need a little assistance with outdoor projects (painting fences, yard clean up, gardening, repairs, etc.) will be able to apply to participate.
We’ve reached our Job Request Application limit for this year. We look forward to sharing next year’s opportunities soon.
We will pair volunteer groups with those projects … and they will all be done on March 28th, 2026!
We need YOU! Last year we were able to complete over 60 projects, because of our amazing 400+ volunteers.
