This project consists of a 24" water line extension and 36" sewer interceptor extension from the Rylant Water Treatment Plant property to FM 84. It includes both lines being laid along Eisenhower Road between Lil Old Road and FM 84.
Timeline
Construction in the area will begin in March 2025 and is scheduled for completion in July 2025.
Goal
Add City sewer service and improve City water service in Denison's northwest quadrant for existing residents and future development, including Preston Harber.
