Lead Service Line Inventory and Replacement Phase 2

Approximately 50% of all water services lines within Denison's water system were inventoried in Phase 1 in 2024. Phase 2 will inventory all remaining lines to determine if the line are made of a material that needs to be replaced - lead or galvanized. Construction plans will be developed for all lines needing replacement. Construction will start after inventory is complete. Denison pursued and received $10M in funding from the Texas Water Development Board for this project.
