Please refer to these resources when planning your property or land development. Here are some examples of when you may need to consult these items:

• Use the Layers button in the Interactive map to view the utilities and zoning for an address or area.
• Refer to the Comprehensive Plan to see if your project is in line with future land use. 
• Determine if the zoning of a property is compatible for the type development you're interested in.
