Looking for a FREE and fun outdoor wellness activity? Come try out the Pilates at THF Park lead by Ability Pilates and Yoga!

Dates:

Starting April 20th

Each Saturday in April and May

June and July: TBD

Time: 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM

Location: THF Park (near the volleyball courts). Location is subject to change.

All ages and abilities are welcome and don't forget your mat!
