Effective September 1, 2025, Engineering plan review and construction inspections fees have been updated and are available on our FY26 Fee Schedule.
Actual review and inspections costs will vary based on the scale of the project and quality of the submittal. A deposit of $5,000 will be collected prior to plan review commencing.
Estimated municipal employee time is 2 hours per plan submittal review and 1 hour per inspection. Average plan review submittal cost is $5,000.
