For Swimmers and Non-Swimmers of All Levels
Looking for a great way to stay active? Waterloo Pool offers daily lap swimming times throughout the week, giving you the flexibility to work out at your own pace. Whether you're a swimmer or a non-swimmer, it's a fantastic way to exercise and enjoy the water. Please note that some classes and scheduled times are subject to change or cancellation.
Lap Swimming: Designed for adults and older youth who are focused on swimming laps, this is not an open swim time. The diving boards and slides are closed during these sessions. Lap swimming is a fun and effective way to increase endurance, tone muscles, lose weight, and reduce stress. Bring a friend and give it a try today!
Hydrofitness: During lap swimming hours, we offer a self-guided hydrofitness option. Use our equipment, including noodles, kickboards, buoys, and barbells, to get a low-impact, high-results workout. It's a great way to stay fit and have fun at your own pace!
Fitness Classes: Our fitness classes, taught by certified instructors, are modifiable for all ages and fitness levels. Come in and check out what we have to offer—you'll find a class that's perfect for you!
Waterloo Pool accepts Active & Fit, Blue 365, Fitness Your Way, Mutually Well, Prime, Silver Sneakers, Renew Active, Silver and Fit, Well on Target, and TMC Senior Advantage Discount. Check with your insurance provider to see if you qualify for free or reduced admission prices. Stop by to fill out a form, and we’ll help you verify your eligibility. If your insurance offers a program not listed here, please email the information to Betty at mbridges@denisontx.gov, and we’ll explore adding Waterloo Pool to their program so you can enjoy these benefits.
