Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Planning and Zoning Commission are to carry out the zoning ordinances. The Commission makes recommendations to City Council on zoning, conditional use permits (CUP), and ordinance actions, and has final approval authority for all plats in the city limits and extra-territorial jurisdiction.
