- Put bulk items on the curb in front of your home. Do not place on vacant lots or medians.
- Do not place bulk items in front of utility poles, traffic signs, utilities meters or hydrants.
- Do not mix your bulk items with brush/limbs.
- Do not allow your bulk items to block the sidewalk or protrude into the street.
If you are in need of a bulk collection outside of your collection week, please call Public Works at 903-465-2720, ext. 5005 to schedule a special collection. Charges for a Special Pick-up (SPU) that is scheduled prior to collection will be billed at $17.25 per cubic yard. A forced pick-up is billed at $34.50 per cubic yard.
