Payment Options
- Auto Draft: You may apply for automatic bank draft by coming into the office at 300 W. Main St. during office hours and completing a draft authorization form or by clicking the link below and sending the form back to us via mail, in office, or by leaving it in the drop box behind City Hall. This service does not charge a fee.
- By Mail: Please include your stub with payment and write your account number on your check or money order and mail to:

- Phone Payments: You may pay by phone by calling 1-888-291-0977. When calling, you will need to provide your utility account number and the amount you wish to pay. A transaction fee of 3% will apply. Please call our office if payment information is needed. NOTE: Payments cannot be taken over the phone by the Utility Billing office.
- Online: You can pay your bill online at https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/denisontx. You will need your utility account number as well as the last payment amount in order to create an online account or to process a payment. All online payments are subject to a 3% convenience fee.
- Office: You may bring in a check, cash, credit card, or money order along with your bill to 300 W. Main St. Credit or debit card payments are subject to a 3% convenience fee.
- Dropbox: You may use our dropbox located in the alley behind City Hall (Music Alley). Please include your stub with payment and write your account number on your check or money order. Please note: payments dropped off after 5PM will be applied the next business day, penalties may accrue.
Financial Assistance
Financial Assistance may be obtained from the Salvation Army, the Resale Barn of Pottsboro, and various local churches.
