We invite you to apply as a vendor for the Annual Denison Easter Egg Hunt. This family-friendly community event is one of Denison’s largest spring celebrations, welcoming nearly 4,000 attendees last year.
Please complete the registration form in full to be considered. Applications that are incomplete, missing documentation, or received after the deadline may not be accepted.
Please read the following guidelines before submitting your registration:
EligibilityEvent Focus: Vendors should offer items, services, or activities that align with a family-friendly Easter event.
Entertainment Encouraged: Vendors are strongly encouraged to include an interactive or entertainment element at their booth (examples include games, giveaways, “spin the wheel,” kid activities, etc.).
Approval Process: All vendor applications will be reviewed and approved based on the vendor’s overall best fit for this event. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Vendor Sales: Vendors are permitted to sell products or services during the event.
Required Documents: Vendors must provide all necessary documentation such as liability insurance, food handling permits, health department certifications, or any other permits required for their business type. Failure to submit required documents may result in denial of participation.
Power Access: Electricity will not be provided. Vendors should plan accordingly and may bring an approved power source if needed.
Limited Space Available: Vendor space is limited, and early application is encouraged.
Setup Requirement: Vendors must be fully set up and ready at least 45 minutes before the event begins.
Vehicle Policy: Vehicles are not permitted on park premises unless given explicit approval by Parks and Recreation. Vendors should plan to transport materials accordingly.

Do you hold a Annual Mobile Food Truck permit with the City of Denison
We appreciate your interest in becoming a vendor for this event. A Parks & Recreation Staff member will reach out to you after the deadline to approve and deny the request.
