Volunteer Form
Thank you for your interest in volunteering for our annual Easter Egg Hunt! This event is one of our biggest community celebrations, serving close to 4,000 attendees last year, and we can’t do it without the help of amazing volunteers.
Volunteers may sign up individually or as part of a group/team. Volunteer roles may include crowd control and directing participants, helping distribute eggs, assisting with event flow, and helping with cleanup after the hunt.
All volunteers (including minors) are required to complete a volunteer background check prior to participating.
All volunteers will receive assignment details and arrival instructions prior to the event. Your time and support help make this event safe, organized, and fun for everyone!

1. Acknowledge
All volunteers are required to complete a Volunteer Background Check Form prior to participating in the Easter Egg Hunt. This requirement applies to all individuals, including minors and group volunteers, to help ensure a safe and secure environment for our participants and families. By signing up to volunteer, you acknowledge that completion of the background form is mandatory and must be submitted before you are approved to volunteer at the event.
