All organizations or individuals hereby agree to save and hold the City of Denison harmless from any loss, injury, liability, or claim of liability arising out of organizations, groups, or individual use of the facility. Whether such an act gives rise to such claims, etc., is by omission or commission. If the City of Denison is adjudged liable or finds it necessary to settle any claims arising out of groups of the facility, the group agrees to indemnify the City of Denison for all costs.
Kitchen facilities are not available for use with the rental of any Senior Citizens Center rooms.
As a representative of the applicant, the undersigned agrees to the use of the above facility following the conditions of rental or use as stated in the Senior Center Rental Policies.
Please allow up to 30 days for deposit checks to be mailed to the address already given aloft. Checks cannot be picked up from DPARD.
