Please fill this application out if you currently have utility service with the city of Denison in your name, and need to transfer that service to another address within the city of Denison.
Please note that services are only provided Monday through Friday and require at least 2 days notice.
The following documents are required by applicant in order to establish service with the City of Denison:
If renting/leasing, lease agreement will be required prior to account being made. If purchasing/already purchased, if this cannot be verified online, proof of ownership may be required prior to account being made. To expedite your service request, please email the required documents to utilities@denisontx.gov after applying, otherwise a member of the Utility Billing department will reach out to you to request these documents before processing your application.
A member of the Utilities Customer Service office will contact you via email for the following once your account has been created. Please make sure a valid email address is provided.
By selecting 'I Agree,' I am applying for utility service with the City of Denison at the address above, to be charged at the standard rates set by the City of Denison. I understand that the connection fee is non-refundable, and the deposit will be applied to my final bill when service is terminated. I consent to any fees assessed for damage to the city's water system due to tampering with, injuring, damaging or defacing any component of the city's water system including but not limited to meters, meter boxes, lids, lines, stopcock, or other fixture or appliance belonging to the city's water system. Said fees shall be added to my utility bill; and, in cases where the service is terminated for nonpayment, the fee shall be paid before service is restored.
