Pre-Development Meeting Request Form

  1. Prior to filling out the form, you must reserve a date / time for the pre-application meeting. Meeting times are every Thursday from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm, 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm, or 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm, excluding holidays and / or City closures. Meetings are subject to staff availability.

    Please select an available date / time. A new tab will open in your web browser. Once you have submitted an available meeting date / time, please return to this tab to complete the required pre-development meeting form. If the form is not completed the meeting will be canceled, even if a meeting date / time is confirmed.

    Note: You will receive an automated email confirmation upon successful reservation.
