Application for Mobile Food Unit Permit

Please return your completed Application for Mobile Food Unit Permit to the City Clerk's Office, located at:

300 West Main Street
Denison, TX 75020

You can also email the completed application to the City Clerk.

Along with the application, you will need to include copies of the following documents:

• Applicant photo ID
• Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit
• Grayson County Health Department mobile food vendor license (PDF)
• Fire Marshal approved report
• Proof of liability insurance (if food unit is a vehicle or towed by a vehicle)
• Commissary name, address, and contact information if applicable

A temporary permit is available for a single-day service. See the following permit applications.
