The Big Event Volunteer Application

Please read before completing The Big Event Volunteer Application:

If you are applying on behalf of your group, only the designated Group Leader should complete the following application.

Group Leaders must be 18 years of age or older. 

Student or youth groups MUST be led by a school faculty member or approved adult leader. 

Limit is 10 team members per group; however, if your organization is volunteering a larger group, please submit a new form for each additional group.

In addition to submitting The Big Event Volunteer Application, the Group Leader is responsible for submitting the Group Release and Waiver of Liability, which requires the signature of each team member (scanned and emailed to bigevent@cityofdenison.com, or returned to City Hall at 300 W. Main Street). The form will be emailed to you once you submit the online application.
