Time Capsule Collection Event

Denison Residents,

With the wrap-up of our Sesquicentennial year quickly approaching, we wanted to be sure and get a very special event on your calendars.

Thursday, December 15th from 4PM-6PM at the Katy Depot, we will host a Time Capsule Collection Event.

At this event, you will be able to place letters/items inside the Sesquicentennial time capsule and enjoy some refreshments.

We would love to invite you all to write notes/letters to be opened in 50 years!

This is an incredibly historic time for the City of Denison, and we hope to commemorate that in every way possible.

Considerations for placing items in the time capsule can be found at www.denison150.com.

We have special Denison150 envelopes that are available for purchase at the welcome desk in the lobby of City Hall located at 300 W. Main. Small envelopes are $1.50, and larger envelopes are $15. Sales are cash only!
