Facilities

The Waterloo Lake Building is located at 1101 Waterloo lake Drive. This rental spaces allows for a scenic view of Waterloo Lake. It is located next to the playground and pier and holds approximately 30 to 40 guests. This facility has access to a full kitchen including a stove top, oven, sink, and refrigerator. This space is perfect for small family gatherings, birthday parties, and baby showers.

Renters will receive an access code in the email used to make the reservation prior to your rental. This code will be unique to your reservation and will be used to unlock and lock the building. If you do not receive the code you can call 903-465-2720, ext. 2033 and receive the code also. Access codes will not be activated until the start time of the reservation.

Time Blocks

• 7 to 11 am
• Noon to 4 pm
• 5 to 9 pm

Resident Rental Fees

• $100 refundable deposit
• $100 for each 4-hour rental

Non-resident Rental Fees

• $100 refundable deposit
• $125 for each 4-hour rental
