The Denison Senior Citizens Center  provides two rooms that can be rented for receptions, family reunions, birthday parties, and more. The Auditorium is the larger space that can hold up to approximately 150 people. The Activity Room is a smaller area that can hold up to approximately 40 people. Each space has tables and chairs for use that is included with the rental fee. Reservations for the Senior Citizen Center must be made at least 3 weeks in advance. Kitchen facilities are not available for use with any of the Senior Citizens Center rentals.

• 7 to 11 am
• Noon to 4 pm
• 5 to 9 pm

Resident Rental Fees

• $100 Refundable Deposit
• $200 for each 4 hour block (Auditorium)
• $100 for each 4 hour block (Activity room)

Non-resident Rental Fees

• $100 Refundable Deposit
• $250 for each 4 hour block (Auditorium)
• $150 for each 4 hour block (Activity room)
