  • The ice rink is outdoors, so you should plan accordingly to the current weather conditions. We do recommend always wearing socks and gloves regardless of the weather conditions.

  • We have skates beginning with size junior 10 through adult size 14.

  • The rink has a tent cover and should help prevent closure due to rain; however, if there is lightning within a 10-mile radius, participants will be required to leave the venue until the threat of lightning is no longer a concern. Please check our website or Denison Parks & Recreation Facebook page for the latest updates of closures due to inclement weather.

  • Denison Parks and Recreation is not responsible for lost, broken, or stolen items. Ice rink staff will not be allowed to store personal items for patrons. Locker units will be available for $5 each.

  • No, only ice skates are allowed on the ice surface. Exceptions may be made for adaptive/sensory skate times and staff.

  • You may wear your own skates, but admission price is the same price regardless if you provide your own skates.

  • Admission tickets are good for approximately 1 hour of skate session. *Skate time is approximate and may include any necessary time required for ice repair and cleaning.

  • No, visitors are welcome to watch their friends or family members while they are skating. However, anyone who chooses to enter the facility must fill out a waiver.

  • Yes, there are two public portable restrooms available. Both are located on the southwest side of the ice rink near the Senior Center building.

  • Single admission ticket prices are $10 for adults and $10 for youth. A value pass option is available and is good for 14 1-hour sessions and is $100.

  • Holiday closures will be Thanksgiving Day (11/24), Christmas Eve (12/24), and Christmas Day (12/25).
