    You will need to know the date and time of the fire and the correct address where the incident occurred. There is a $5 charge for each record. Cash, checks, and money orders are accepted. For more information about fire reports, please call the Fire Department at 903-464-4427.

We have specific rules which must be followed, including notifying the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
