Minimum Starting Salary - $73,164
Top Out Salary - $95,462
Lateral salary is dependent on the size of the agency, experience, and at the Chief's discretion. To qualify for lateral pay, certified officers must be currently working for a law enforcement agency or recently worked for a law enforcement agency within the last 3 months. However, applications will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
