REQUIREMENTS MUST BE RETURNED WITH COMPLETED APPLICATION AND ITINERANT VENDOR'S BOND.
1. ITINERANT VENDER'S BOND IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,000.00 TO INCLUDE EACH INDIVIDUAL WHO WILL BE SELLING/SOLICITING IN THE CITY OF DENISON.

2. PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $25.00 PER INDIVIDUAL/APPLICANT THAT LIVES WITHIN CITY. ($37.50 FOR NON-RESIDENTS)

3. CURRENT & VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE OR STATE ISSUED IDENTIFICATION CARD.

4. COMPLETED APPLICATION.

5. SIGNED RELEASE FORM.

6. COMPLETED VENDOR IDENTIFICATION AND INFORMATION FORM.

EACH INDIVIDUAL PERMIT IS VALID FOR ONE (1) YEAR FROM ISSUANCE DATE.

Please submit this form and print the forms that you will be directed to after submitting. These forms must be completed by each individual wishing to acquire a permit. These original forms must be delivered to the City Clerk before the application will be routed to the appropriate department for processing. You will be required to bring the appropriate fees after this application has been approved and before you are issued a permit.

Submittal of this application does not constitute approval by the City. You will be contacted if your request is approved. The City of Denison may take up to 14 business days to review and approve an application depending upon the intensity of the request. You should not, in any way, interpret this registration permit to mean that the City of Denison, or any department, officer or employee thereof, endorses the applicant, the company, or the product being sold.
