The Water department delivers one roll of trash bags biannually to residential customers (see map) . Additional bags may be purchased at the Water Department (430 W. Chestnut) during normal business hours or the Central Fire Department (700 W. Chestnut) at anytime. Each roll contains 52 bags and costs $8.75 for residential customers. Different rates apply to commercial accounts.

For all Service Problems during regular business hours, call 903-464-4400.

All other (after-hour) calls concerning service problems will be handled by the Fire Department at 903-465-2720. This includes breaks and leaks in water mains and stoppages in sewer lines.

For all Refuse Questions call 903-464-4451. This includes missed trash pick up, delivery of trash bags, and scheduled days trash is picked up.

For Billing Questions call 464-4400. This includes high/low consumption, previous balances, stopped meters, and leaks. Low water pressure problems and no water can also be reported at this number.
