Responsibilities
The Municipal Court is responsible for hearing misdemeanor cases in violation of the city's Code of Ordinances and state statutes under its jurisdiction.

Court Hearings
Municipal Court for the City of Denison is held Mondays and Thursdays from 8:30 am until 10:00 am at the Denison City Hall, 500 W. Chestnut St. Please bring your ticket and you will be seen on a "first-come, first-served" basis.

Judge Phillip Shaffer presides over the court.
