Programs/Services
The Denison Fire Department participates in a Mutual Aid Agreement with cities in Grayson County sharing manpower and equipment resources, if needed. We actively participate in Fire Prevention Week, the Independence Day Fireworks Display, and various parades. The Fire Marshal visits classrooms throughout the school year to help educate students on fire prevention.

Fire Station Tours
Come by and visit your neighborhood fire station! You can meet your community firefighters, who are proud to serve you. You can see the equipment up close and gain an insight into the life of a firefighter. Please call ahead at 903-464-4427 to schedule a tour for your school group or organization.

Blood Pressure Checks
Having your blood pressure checked regularly is a great way to keep track of your health. Stop by one of our fire stations and one of our firefighter/paramedics or EMTs will gladly take your blood pressure. This is a part of our continuing commitment to customer service.
