The mission of the City Attorney's department is to provide quality legal services, representation and advice to the City Council, City Manager, and the other departments within the city. This office also prosecutes violations of city of Denison ordinances and Class C misdemeanors in municipal court. While the legal staff sometimes gets involved with citizens who have problems with the city, we cannot provide legal advice to citizens about personal matters.
